Seller note:

Beautiful, lovingly kept Silverton Ready for Summer Fun!!This 34 Silverton Convertible offers an impressive combination of comfortable accommodations and classic styling. This boat was built on a solid fiberglass hull with an almost 13 foot beam which makes her a comfortable ride in any type of seas. The boat has the ever-reliable twin Crusader engines that have been well-maintained. Boarding the boat from the starboard side, you immediately come upon the large cockpit area - almost 70 square feet - with a ladder leading up to the flybridge along with a couple of steps going up to the bow of the boat. The foredeck and cockpit areas both have non-skid decks providing greater traction and ease of movement. There is a bow pulpit with anchor and rope/storage locker along with solid stainless railings for you to hold onto while walking along the extra-wide sidedecks. There is also two pairs of fender holders with fenders in each set. There is a full-width swim platform that is fully accessible behind the transom. Upon entering the cabin through a double pane full-sized sliding glass door, the salon is outfitted with a sofa to port with more than enough room to add in additional modular chairs if desired. Access to the engines is located in the salon. The electric panel is located to the starboard side where you'll also see the TV sitting on top of the bulkhead cabinet. There is a great deal of storage on the starboard side behind the multiple wooden panel doors. Moving forward to the starboard side and down a couple of steps, there is U-shaped "booth-style" dinette that converts to sleep one comfortably.

The wrap-around cabin windows offer a spectacular view outside while also giving the boat a very open-aired feeling to it. Across from the dinette is a well-appointed open galley. The galley is equipped with a two-burner electric stove, microwave, AC/DC refrigerator/freezer combo, hot and cold water with stainless sink and a washdown spray and soap dispenser.
Moving forward there is a full head to port with an enclosed separate hot water shower with glass door. There is a mirror along with additional storage above and below the stainless sink with hot/cold water faucet along with a ventilation porthole. The master stateroom is forward of the head and dinette. The queen-berth sleeps two comfortably. There are cedar-lined lighted closets in the master stateroom with additional storage located underneath. A ventilation hatch with screen is located above the berth.
Mechanically, all systems have been meticulously taken care of throughout the current owner's time of ownership. The boat has been primarily used as a floating cottage during the summer seasons. The engines are fresh-water cooled.
On the flybridge, the boat has plenty of room to add in your desired electronics package. The boat does have a full display of gauges. There is also a VHF marine radio and GPS located on the bridge. Overall, this well maintained yacht is a magnificent summer cottage home located in the Toronto Harbour.
